STRATEGIC GOAL #1:  Promote ASACCU’s role as the voice of Student Affairs in Catholic higher education

INITIATIVES
1.1  Study ASACCU brand, identity, and marketing activity
1.2  Increase more regular communication with ACCU
1.3  Develop a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance the association’s visibility
1.4  Provide resources to help member institutions address issues related to inclusive excellence

STRATEGIC GOAL #2:  Facilitate professional development among student affairs professionals working in Catholic higher education, including the promotion of effective practices and the exchange of ideas

INITIATIVES
2.1  Evaluate current use and implementation of the Principles of Good Practice for Student Affairs on member campuses
2.2  Explore the next generation or sequel publication of the Principles of Good Practice
2.3  Develop opportunities, through the use of digital platforms, for continuing professional development and exchange of effective practices

 STRATEGIC GOAL #3: Enhance and develop collaborative efforts among our Catholic colleges and universities and across professional organizations

INITIATIVES
3.1  Provide platforms or resources for member institutions to engage in dialogue within their institutions across functional areas to promote a shared vision for holistic student development
3.2  Strengthen ASACCU’s partnership with ACCU, developing opportunities to engage with student affairs professionals and issues through ACCU's programs and activities [Check in with ACCU before finalizing this initiative]
3.3  Foster relationships with other professional organizations and activities connected to Catholic higher education

 STRATEGIC GOAL #4: Assure the sustainability of ASACCU as an organization that meaningfully supports our member institutions

INITIATIVES
4.1  Increase the number of Catholic institutions that are ASACCU members
4.2  Explore and identify a viable organizational infrastructure to accomplish the mission and goals of the organization (in light of ASACCU’s “all volunteer” status)
4.3  Identity diversified revenue streams for ASACCU
4.5  Review membership dues structure
