ASACCU SSAO Annual Roundtable
This is an in-person roundtable-format event. What makes it a rich and meaningful gathering are the topics that are generated by you, the SSAO attendees.
This is a safe and confidential space for us to discuss and consider important and timely topics as leaders in Student Affairs at Catholic Colleges and Universities.
The SSAO Annual Roundtable is scheduled at DePaul University from November 14 to November 15, 2024.

Schedule:
Thursday, November 14: 12 pm: Lunch is served.
- 12-5 pm: Roundtable discussion.
- Keynote speaker (TBD).
- 5:30 pm: Mass in the Chapel (optional).
- 7 pm: Dinner* at a downtown Chicago restaurant.
Friday, November 15: 8 am: Breakfast is served.
- 8-12 pm: Roundtable discussion.
- 12 pm: Boxed to-go lunches available.
Registration:
- The conference fee is $125.00 for ASACCU members ($175 for non-members).
- We are able to keep this fee low due to the generosity of DePaul University.
- Registration is currently open and includes meals.
- 11/14: lunch and dinner and 11/15: continental breakfast and boxed lunch.
- Please include any dietary requests in your registration.
Lodging:
We have arranged a room block with a negotiated rate for any attendees who would like to stay at the Congress Plaza Hotel, 520 S. Michigan Avenue (downtown Chicago). The negotiated rate is $169 per night (plus 17.4% tax). The negotiated rate applies from Nov. 11 through Nov. 17 in case you would like to stay the weekend.
