Archbishop Celestino Migliore, the Permanent Observer and Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See to the United Nations conducted the ceremony that formally elevated Fr. Robert S. Meyer to the rank of monsignor in the Catholic Church. Monsignor Meyer, chief of staff to Saint Vincent’s President and C.E.O. Henry Amoroso, served before coming to Saint Vincent’s as the legal attaché at the Holy See’s Permanent Observer Mission to the United Nations, under Archbishop Migliore.
